Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the item. Larger fitness equipment may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never surprise fees.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Digital products (eBooks & guides)

Our workout plans and eBooks are delivered instantly. After purchase, a download link is sent straight to your email — no shipping required, no waiting.
