Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Our return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at princeisiah0541@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Digital products (eBooks & guides)

Because our eBooks and workout plans are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your download, email us and we'll help right away.
